Return & Refund Policy – MUALA Skincare

We want you to love your skincare ritual. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare items unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@mualaskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team.

  3. Send the item back to the address provided (return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Orders made through resellers or third-party shops

Received the Wrong or Damaged Product?

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will either send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

International Orders

Return shipping from outside Portugal is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service for international returns.
